Stay away from this casino. Every week they send out emails w/ fabulous bonuses. The problem is most of the time the bonus codes don't actually work. When I first start playing there wasn't such an issue. As time went on it got worse and worse. Now there's not even a phone number to call them. Seriously? It's really bad if you cannot even contact via phone. The way they get is that you make a deposit, based on the bonus % you think you'll receive. Then you try to claim the code and it doesn't work. You contact Live Chat and they always have an excuse. Either, "The code is Expired", yet they just sent the email that day or the day before. Or "Oh that was a mistake in the email". This has happened now about numerous times now. Then they say that you can use another code which is much much less than what you were supposed to receive. I know I'm a glutten for punishment, but I decided to give them another try today. This time I claimed the coupon code first and the system stated that it expired. The email with the coupon code was received yesterday, Thursday, 10/25/12. It listed several codes, one being 200% for Friday "FRIDAYFEST"; which I was trying to claim on Friday. Again I contacted Live Chat. After 5 minutes of waiting, Julie simply stated "the code has expired". I explained that that was not possible as today was Friday. I then waited another 10 minutes with no response and was like "Hello". After another minute or so Julie responded that she was busy helping other people. Really? So I said "That's not my problem. You should be responding only to me at this moment." and Julie replied "Please do not be selfish, we have to pay the same attention to all the customers"...."as I said, the promotion is expired". This is beyond ridiculous. Besides given fraudulent coupon codes, they obviously do not care about Customer Service!

I used my bank card and my bank visa at this site and now I have a dispute over funds taken out without my consent. The game for Casino Nights is to use several company names to do the transfers but they allow them to double charge each time !00.00 will be 200.00 I am now over 400.00 in charges that I have not authorized!! My credit card has been stopped by my bank and although I have been assured by the manager of the casino that my funds will be returned to me [both by phone and email] I KNOW this is just a costly lesson learned BE WARNED DO NOT GAMBLE ONLINE!!!!

WARNING !! We are now reaching the 5 month period !! I still haven't received my withdraw from Jan.9 TH. I been in constant contact with the Finance Manager Louise, For she says that no one but HER within Desertnights casino could process or authorized any PAYMENTS ON ANY WITHDRAWS !! DESERT NIGHTS- This is REALLY bizarre- I have only played and deposited there for a couple months, but after I provided verification I was no longer allowed to log in! Asked them why, and this is what they said via email: Hi (my Name), My apologies for the trouble you have encountered. It seems your account did not pass some key security checks. We have refunded all your deposits in full. The refund should be reflected in your statement within 15 to 30 business days. I thank you for your understanding. ... Has anyone ever heard of this? I won't hold my breath, but I thought it was strangely polite. Makes me wonder though. Anybody else experience this?
