Unibet Posts Positive Financial Report

Unibet, the publicly listed online gambling group, has announced its full year 2010 results, as well as its Q4 results. The group showed profit of GBP 10 million after tax in the fourth quarter, while profit after tax for the full year was GBP 32.4 million. These numbers were despite the fact that the number of active customers declined from 365,865 to 308,872.

The Chief Executive of Unibet, Henrik Tjarnstrom said that the first six weeks of 2011 had showed good revenue numbers and that, in particular, “mobile betting is showing excellent growth combined with strong performances in Casino and Games.”
