Players Get Say in Game Features at WinADay Casino

Online casino players at WinADay Casino are given the opportunity to have a real say into what types of games they play at the site, thanks to the casino’s policy of consulting with them on a regular basis. Recently, WinADay players were asked how many pay lines they believed the site’s 30th video slot game should feature, a short while after being consulted about the title of the new game which has a house-pet theme.

“We’re in pretty close touch with lots of our regular players and we’re always listening to their ideas,” said Michael Hilary, the manager of the online casino. “Our players have certainly shaped our casino’s evolution over the years. Now social media is giving us great new opportunities to interact with players and hear what they think. Our next new game will definitely be created ‘by’ our players and we’re excited about that.”

It was WinADay players who also gave the name Grand Liberty to the site’s new US-themed online slot game after they were asked for their opinion. They were then asked to suggest a theme for a new game, and after voting that it should have an animal theme, the vote went out on a name for WinADay’s 30th one of a kind slot game.

Alderney Praised for Full Tilt Poker Case Handling

After the Alderney Gambling Control Commission suspended Full Tilt Poker’s license in September last year, it immediately commissioned an independent review to examine how it handled the case. The former chairman of the British Gambling Commission, Peter Dean carried out the review and this week made the findings public. According to the in-depth study, Dean found that Alderney had acted appropriately throughout the difficult case, and continues to do so.

“As soon as plausible evidence of irregularities came to light the regulator acted promptly and proportionately. An investigation was instituted, findings made, a hearing held, judgment delivered and sanctions imposed. Due process was followed,” said Dean in his report. “My opinion overall is that AGCC fulfilled its statutory obligations in relation to FTP and that its actions were appropriate, timely and fair.”

The executive director of the AGCC, Andrew Wilsenach said that the commission believed it was important that an independent review be carried out in the way the AGCC conducted itself throughout the process, given the sensitivities surrounding the revocation of the online poker room’s license.

32Red Casino Makes Burglary Victim Happy

The Microgaming powered online casino site, 32 Red Casino went beyond the call of duty when it made a disabled online gambler very happy. The player from the UK had posted on a gambling portal that burglars had broken into her home while she was sleeping and stolen her TV and spare wheelchair. The player, Satty, mentioned that she was going to start saving for a new TV as she relied on it for entertainment and contact with the outside world.

Imagine her incredible surprise when she opened the door to a delivery service which carried in a brand new TV set. The Sales Manager of 32Red Casino, Mark and his colleagues had read about Satty’s plight and decided to do something good for her in order to lift her spirits. As such, they decided to send her the new TV as a gift.

“This is the most amazing act of kindness...and I wish I had the words to explain how touched I am by this,” posted Satty afterwards. “ Words really do fail me at the moment ...so many thanks to Mark, I'm so choked up and touched.”
